Our People
We need to consider the impact of what we do on our colleagues, our customers and the local communities in which we work.
Wheather it's our involvement in community projects, supporting charities, addressing key social issues or supporting the well-being of our employees, we take responsibility for the impact we have.

Start from the Heart programme
Supporting projects every year
Each year our colleagues give back to the local community by volunteering their time. Our Start from the Heart programme allows each of us the chance to spend a day volunteering and building links to the community and each other. We’ve been doing this since 2011.

Calor Rural Community Fund
Calor Rural Community Fund
Changing lives, around the country
Calor's Rural Community Fund was developed to help those communities off the gas grid raise money for local projects. Each year, £50,000 is donated to a variety of projects across the country, helping to support the people, villages and communities we serve.

Our participants learn cooking skills that help them switch from relying on ready meals and takeaways to a healthier diet, regardless of income, helping them to build self confidence...Calor's generosity means that we can continue to support our community, teaching skills that will last a lifetime.
