Ordering options for on-demand customers
If you have an LPG tank, and place your own gas orders, you can now order in a variety of different ways. Take a look below at the different ordering options we offer.
To help us place your new gas order, please have the following details to hand. You can find this information on your statement:
- Customer number (also known as Account number or Sold to number)
- Billing postcode
- Ship-to number (also known as Delivery point)
- Account name as it appears on your statement
